Georgia Proposed Amendments to Petroleum Pipeline Permit Procedures

[GAC 391-3-23]

On March 8, 2018, the Georgia Department of Natural Resources (DNR) proposed amendments to the Georgia Rules for Petroleum Pipeline Eminent Domain Permit Procedures, Chapter 391-3-23. This notice, together with an exact copy of the proposed Rule amendments, a synopsis, and a statement of rationale of the rule revisions can be viewed by clicking here.

Written comments can be emailed to EPDComments@dnr.ga.gov by close of business on April 13, 2018. Be sure to include the words “Proposed Petroleum Pipeline Permit Rule Amendments” somewhere in the subject line to help ensure that your comments will be forwarded to the correct staff.

The proposed Rule amendments will be considered for adoption by the Board of Natural Resources at its meeting on May 23, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the DNR Board Room located at 2 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, SE, Suite 1252, East Tower, Atlanta, Georgia 30334. The meeting is open to the public.
