The Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) has launched the Pipeline Inspection, Permitting, and Evaluation System (PIPES) Public Portal. Intrastate pipeline operators can file a plan of correction, safety-related condition reports, integrity notifications, and PS-95 reports online.
