In Memory of John T. Schmidt Vice President, RCP Integrity Services

It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that John T. Schmidt passed away unexpectedly on June 4, 2014. John was a recognized leader in the corrosion control industry and a long-standing and active member of the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE). In his 40+ years in the industry he held the positions of Director of Pipeline Integrity and Director of Asset Risk Management. He had worked both domestically and internationally on corrosion control and pipeline integrity projects for major engineering and pipeline operations companies. He was a NACE certified instructor and member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME); Pipeline Research Council International (PRCI); Southern Gas Association (SGA); and the American Gas Association (AGA). He will be greatly missed.
